VIRTUAL COURSES
Keeley Shantz, RMT has created a series of virtual courses on 2SLGBTQIA+ Education for both RMTs and the public.
They are also available to teach these courses privately to multidisciplinary clinics and schools.
2SLGBTQIA+ Education for RMTs - Level 1
This course is for RMTs and other HCPs.
We will learn general sexual (and other) orientations, general gender orientations and expressions, what pronouns are and how to use them, and how to apply all this knowledge into your client-centred practice to create a safe, welcoming, and successful practice.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of achievement.

2SLGBTQIA+ Education for RMTs - Level 2
This course is for RMTs and other HCPs.
We will learn specific sexual and gender orientations.
This is an expansion on Level 1 and it is recommended but not required to complete Level 1 first.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of achievement.

2SLGBTQIA+ Education for RMTs - Level 3
This course is for RMTs and other HCPs.
We will learn what gender-affirming gear, hormone replacement therapy and surgeries exist, how to treat clients using gender-affirming gear and hormones, and how to treat clients who have received gender-affirming surgeries.
This is an expansion on Levels 1 and 2 and it is recommended but not required to complete Levels 1 and 2 first.
This course is the ultimate 2SLGBTQIA+ education for RMTs.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of achievement.

2SLGBTQIA+ Education - Level 1
This course is for those who are not healthcare practitioners.
We will learn general sexual (and other) orientations, general gender orientations and expressions, and what pronouns are and how to use them.
1.5 hours
2SLGBTQIA+ Education - Level 2
This course is for those who are not healthcare practitioners.
We will learn specific sexual and gender orientations.
This is an expansion on Level 1 and it is recommended but not required to complete Level 1 first.

2SLGBTQIA+ Education - Level 3
This course is for those who are not healthcare practitioners.
